Mowed, put out some 46-0-0 Lesco and ironite, that my father-in-law gave me. Happy Fathers Day!

Thanks gr0d, I'm several pages into the tutorial and am definitely drinking from a firehose, so I appreciate you sharing as it can seem pretty overwhelming.

Re: John Deere vs Toro Greens Mower or Something Else for KBG?

I have a TruCut C-27 that I use for my bermuda yard. It's great and can easily hit your mowing height requirements.

Re: Hunter Rotator MPs

g-man, much appreciated. I started working through the tutorial you recommended - a lot to learn. I'm typically not seeing a wind that strong in the early morning. rotmek, thank you too. I hadn't thought about being able to add more heads per zone, since less water is required by the most heads. Gue...

Re: Hunter Rotator MPs

Thanks for the feedback, Riverpilot. I think the side yard will be a good test. If it goes well then I'll work on the rest, but if it's too much then I will call in the pros. I use the yard as a sort of stress relief/exercise, so while I know it will be a lot of hard work, it serves a purpose. If I'...

Hunter Rotator MPs

Hi All, I'm in the preliminary stages of planning an irrigation system at my house. I'm not in a rush and have plenty of time as I'm thinking this is a 2018 project. I have 8-9k sq. ft. to cover in total, but I'm going to divvy the project it up into multiple segments. This way I can start with a 16...

Re: Triangle Bermuda

Really happy with the color of the Triangle so far. Looks like it will blend well with the existing Bermuda grass and remaining centipede - working in choking out/killing off the latter.

Re: Triangle Bermuda

I have to admit I am glad this is a small area. I've seen numerous posts about the pitfalls of seeding Bermuda on this site. I brushed those off somewhat, since it was a small area, but soding, plugging, or sprigging would be my choice next time I'm considering any new turf. This one little section ...

Triangle Bermuda

Hello All from Atlanta, I'm new to the forum and I haven't found too much on here about Triangle Bermuda, so I thought I'd post about my recent planting efforts. I have a small area that I wanted to cover and found this middle of the road seed. Below is a photo of day 1: https://s1.postimg.cc/ov1xjb...

I mowed this morning and sprayed for clover/oxalis. The latter is killing me; it won't die!

Mowed it short today; the mower is heading in for some service tomorrow. Hope they get it back quick, because we are about to get hit with a bunch of rain and the grass is gonna GROW!

This is a current picture of my bermuda (common) lawn. I just purchased a C-27 and am loving it ... except picking up all the sweet gum balls and sti...
