Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Make sure that you have pushed the filled sprayer before trying the hand spray gun. You may have air in the line if it's not sprayed out of the tip first.

Re: Earthway spreader problems
Forum folks, all of our tires (unless plastic) are tubeless, and if you haven't used the spreader or sprayer in a while I recommend inflating the tires before use to 30psi. If the tire pressure gets low, it can come off the bead and it's a pain to get re-inflated, but we do have a tip sheet that I m...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Eric, Send me your address and I'll have the parts sent. The extra nozzles are in a bag that is zip tied to the axle - along with the extra knurled pins. Regarding hard to push, for the first few uses it will be harder. Jeff [ Post made via iPhone ] http://aroundtheyard.com/forums2/images/mobile/iPh...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
The tank is not under pressure so it shouldn't hiss. The pump creates the pressure. If the pump sprays and the unit works other than the spray gun, it might be a bad gun.

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Hi David, Main difference is the S15 is smaller and really designed for home use, the S25 is larger and built for daily use - and it's easier to push. With regards to the S25 stopping the spraying - this is a function of the flat bottom and the waves inside the take as it allows the pump to suck air...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Thanks Jeff! I pushed it all over the driveway spraying water, and it worked well, but didn't hold the spray gun below water level to prime it. I will give that a try tomorrow evening after work. Thanks again for the quick reply and excellent customer service! [ Post made via iPhone ] http://around...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Hi, First make sure that you have the pump "primed" with water. Next, extend the spray-gun hose and hold it below the tank level, then pull the trigger several times to prime the spray-gun. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at jkendall@earthway.com Jeff Kenda...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Ganny, I recommend draining out any remaining solution and put it is a sealed container for future use. Next, find a spot where you can safely rinse the tank and lines by pushing it back and forth (I stand in one spot and push forward and then pull back) several times until clean. Then empty the tan...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Lawndog, and all S15 users: we have improved/reinforced the gearbox to support bracket connection to eliminate any issues. From all of my tests it has solved the problem. If anyone has the new version and have had a problem, please let me know.

Re: earthway s15 on sale
I suspect that it is a normal seasonal markdown - their system thinking that all of their sales will be during warm weather. We sell approx 1/3 for ice melt use. I suggest that you buy fast while the cost is down and they have stock. [ Post made via iPhone ] http://aroundtheyard.com/forums2/images/m...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Ware, the new brace has an extra screw that secures the brace to the gearbox but it is partially hidden by the lower handle - closest to the axle. If you flip the S15 onto the tank cap - wheels up, you might be able to see the silver screw head. This screw goes into a lug already molded into the gea...

Re: Earthway S15 Sprayer Review
Ware - it sounds "fishy" - you really need the manual as it has the setting for calibration of the different tips and height. Shoot me your email address and I will email you a PDF manual with rate chart.
