Re: 2019: What Did You Do On Your Lawn Today?
Haven't mowed in a week, probably around 5" now, but its really helping it from looking its usual brown self by now. Did a quick water spray to cool the crowns in some tough areas.

Re: Allectus, any new info? Earthworms?
May want to post in the organic forum to get more opinions, however I doubt Allectus would hurt earthworms.
I have used it in the past for grubs and didn't find it very effective.

Re: Snow cover before winterizer.
I've been wondering the same thing.
I don't see why we cannot drop it on the snow covered ground. As it melts, it will break down into the soil provided its not frozen.
The questions we will get from neighbors when they see us with our spreaders will be priceless

Nice.
I just wanted to see if you were doing the sprinkler jockey:) I have a huge yard and always dream of a reno, but lack of irrigation is the show stopper(well water).

Re: Help with ID for this wide bladed grass
I have a ton of it, and thought it was quackgrass. The good news, it is always green, the bad news is it's tough to get rid of.

Anyone used EH Griffiths seed before?
I have a number of areas where I took out some trees and have to seed and was thinking about buying either their E Plus or A Mix seed blends. Wasn't sure if anyone had experience with their seed offerings.

Re: 2018: What did you do on your lawn today?
Picked up more sticks and fertilizer for the year. Had flurries yesterday, frost this am..ugh.
Hopefully, I can get a mow in this weekend to pick up all the debris and put down Dimension. Had 5 pine tree stumps ground, so I have to clean that up and pick up some seed as well.
