Alot of guys use the regular round up in the winter months for bermuda or just hand pull if thats a possability. The RU will kill some of the bermuda, but it will easily recover in the spring/summer

To me that looks like hydretain/moisture mgr with added yucca,humates,and seaweed extract. I could be missing something though

Yeah, just wasnt impressed with them. Last year i tried the granular moisture mgr that is the improved version and couldnt tell a difference from the prior year. Ive only used shampoo this season and have gotten the same results. Going to spend the money for cascade or tricure next year [ Post made ...

I had limited success with moisture manager/hydretain. They are the same thing, not sure if you were aware or not

My wife doesnt care for the smell of milo, but she is getting used to it. I actually like the way it smells. One thing that smells though is fish emulsion that is in my kelp/fish mix spray. Eww

Tony- SA has lower nitrogen requirements compared to bermuda. I didn't mean to cut back on the SA feedings at all.

If it is possible, i think it is more about the SA needing a lower amount of N, coupled with the "shade" that the SA would cast on the bermuda. Fwiw atrazine doesn't affect the bermuda in my SA. just kills other weeds

1 bag of milo, 1 40lb bag of alfalfa brings me to $28. I already bought fungicide so that is $60 for the year. So maybe 35 a month if i have a fungus outbreak. Plus any blsc/kelp help
