The kids playscape area hasnt had new mulch in years so it was pretty broken down and figured i could use it to add some OM. Finally was able to make some pizzas...had the needle buried on the thermometer and pizzas were cooking in under 2 1/2 minutes! You could do it the night before if you are pressed for time, but you shouldnt be worried about coating the seeds...tenacity isnt going to impact germination if you spray after seeding

Sprayed another 4.5 oz/k of serenade today. High 80s/low 90s and storms for next few days. It was looking a little worse so thought i better spray it. Thats the 3rd application this month. No rust on the reno yet just leaf spot. I hit the front with serenade at 4.5 oz/k on friday and its holding up ok (no better/worse than pics above). I plan on holding off on chemicals for now. I'll hit it with serenade again tomorrow at 4 oz/k. I have some spectracide immunox on hand just in case but im really trying to avoid chemicals too
