How are the neighbors' renovations holding up? If I recall correctly, you did a couple of them a few years ago.

What mower did you use to cut? Nice even cut and minimal wheel tracks,.

Lasted about 2 weeks for me this year. Sharp mower blade and some fertilizer helped in recovery from the stemmy look and loss of density from the turf's s expenditure of energy to produce the seedheads.

Does this stress out a homeowner lawn when trying to encourage tillering and spreading during months of April and May ?

Is your lawn recovering now with the cooler weather ? Sunny days are finally here for the next 3 days. Like you, September was nasty for my lawn due to consistent cloudy days, warm nights, high humidity and rain. No spreading yet for the KBG portion of my TTTF/KBG lawn.

Does using perennial ryegrass or TTTF improve chances of success due to their quicker germination and establishment ?

How late this year can one install TTTF sod ( in cemetary plot) with good chances of it establishing ?

There will be no supplemental watering after watering it heavily during the installation, only mother nature.

For summer weather (upper 80's - low 90's) in my area of NJ, I water enough to handle 2 days of evapotranspiration.
