Re: Need help with an idea for my hill
Have you tried mowing up/down the hill at 45 degrees? You could possibly anchor a point at the top of the hill and tie rope around the mower mowing in a semicircle pattern. I've got the same mower. Cuts quiet well but could certainly use a restoration like yours. Looks good.

Alfalfa pellets are just an organic source of food made from alfalfa plants which is used to feed rabbits, horses, etc however it can be used as an organic fertiliser on your lawn. The brand doesn't matter.

Re: 2016 Southern Lawn Pics
Figured I should finally post up some pics of my lawn after lurking these forums for years. We've recently purchased our first home on the central coast, Australia and moved in about 6 weeks ago. The lawn wasn't too bad but was far too long. Probably around 50mm. The lawn is predominantly Queensland...

Re: NBA Playoffs
I don't watch too many regular season games but I usually watch everything starting at the conference finals. The games are usually around late morning/ early afternoon but I record them and watch them later.

Re: Grass roots to increase organic matter
Thanks everyone. Looks like compost and a mixture of chemical and organic fertilisers will be the way to go.

Grass roots to increase organic matter
Hey all, I have a simple question. I have been looking to increase the organic matter in my lawn and have seen ok results by fertilising with manure, corn, etc however i have seen it mentioned that simply fertilising with chemicals to get the grass growing will increase root growth which will eventu...
