If you seeded with any bluegrass and kept the pre M you should be able to baby it all back to health. Light N apps is your friend if you had any bluegrass

Wait till September and see the forecast. Nothing is going to tell you when to plant seeds other than the temperatures. I wouldn’t plant anything if the lows are above 60

Anybody here try liquid garlic?
it’s sold at most retail stores like Home Depot.
This could be very easily added it to a PGR app and applied monthly or every 3 weeks.

PGR is more effective on lower mowed turf, Not saying it won’t work but I’m saying it will be much less effective.

I use a toro mx6000. I can cut clean 3.5 acres in 1.6 hours. Cut at full speed unless I hit some of the bumpy areas.
One thing that you need to set is the decks idler/scalping wheels. Put them in the lowest to the ground so the deck floats more than bounces in the air resulting into a better cut.

PGR has been shown to help battle poa by reducing seed head production before seed down and actively growing turf.
