Re: Soil temps and seeding

If you seeded with any bluegrass and kept the pre M you should be able to baby it all back to health. Light N apps is your friend if you had any bluegrass

Re: When is summer over for you?

Wait till September and see the forecast. Nothing is going to tell you when to plant seeds other than the temperatures. I wouldn’t plant anything if the lows are above 60

Re: Mosquito Joe Alternative

Anybody here try liquid garlic?

it’s sold at most retail stores like Home Depot.

This could be very easily added it to a PGR app and applied monthly or every 3 weeks.

Re: Which PGR? - 1st-timer Cost Comparison Shopping

PGR is more effective on lower mowed turf, Not saying it won’t work but I’m saying it will be much less effective.

That’s rust, white stuff could be decomposing milorganite.

If you added some urea to the tenacity I'd imagine it might absorb faster.

Re: Tired of being a slave to my lawn!!!

I use a toro mx6000. I can cut clean 3.5 acres in 1.6 hours. Cut at full speed unless I hit some of the bumpy areas.

One thing that you need to set is the decks idler/scalping wheels. Put them in the lowest to the ground so the deck floats more than bounces in the air resulting into a better cut.

Re: Fallowing to reduce Poa

PGR has been shown to help battle poa by reducing seed head production before seed down and actively growing turf.
