Other than Podium, T-Pac and T-Nex.

Your 419 will only use about .38 oz. per 1000 square feet a month.

TW was so busy keeping up with his many forums and user names that he forgot to make sure production stayed up.

Re: How much does Primo slow down growth?

You won't regret it. Just be sure to check out the generics. They work just as good at a substantial savings. And don't be afraid to get a bigger sprayer than you think you'll need. Remember it is monthly apps. Trying to stretch a small sprayer over too big an area can be miserable. [ Post made via ...

Re: Armyworms

Anything labeled for armyworms should work perfect. Probably 2 or 3 to choose from at most big box stores. I prefer liquid over granular. Hose end application should suffice for this kind of job of you don't have a means to apply liquid products over a large area efficiently.. Pump or battery powere...

Re: Best Bermuda seed for Arakansas

I would skip the pre emergent with either sprigging or seeding. Just my opinion. I don't want a chance of hindering any rooting. Sprigging isn't a crazy idea. I believe there is a pretty good thread on it here if you search the forum. Either sprigging or seeding is going to require a way to keep the...

Re: Stripe issue when mowing

Looks like possible rifling. If the reel to bedknife gets adjusted too tight, it will cause the reel to overheat and expand in between the spider supports inside the reel. This makes the reel cut grass in between the spider braces, but not on the braces themselves. If so, the only fix is a full on g...

Re: Mid-season Scalp?

Purepearl32, don't worry about dropping the height this season. Go ahead and raise the mower enough that it isn't scalping like that every mow. Right now your goal needs to be "green". Next season you can scalp away all that dormant, brown grass and start the season low. Then you will GRADUALLY rais...

Re: Hell strip leveling project/experiment

Just a heads up to prepare yourself. Grass could very well slam on the brakes, so don't be surprised or disappointed if it doesn't grow in full, thick, and perfect before it goes dormant.

Re: Final Installation Questions

1. I would definitely ask the powers that be for a final answer. But here is my understanding of right of way. It's your property. You take care of it. It IS NOT for the general public to come and do as they wish. Utilities have to go somewhere, and the utility companies have to be able to safely an...

If you don't get an answer from someone here, and can't find it in the label, shoot the manufacturer email. Most of them are really good about getting back to their customers.

Re: Fall time pre-m?

In the absence of any other recommendations (in other words I'm not an expert), I would put prodiamine out at the 6 month rate by mid-September, and then do it again in March. Hampton Roads weather has a hard time deciding if it wants to be part of VA or part of NC - I think putting it out now and ...
