Re: Sun and shade grass mixture/seed
It seems like it's real patchy. How long has it looked like this. Was it thick and full at a different time of year? Might need to get a little closer to inspect for fungus or insect issues.

So I got a drone, lawn pictures
Picked up a DJI mavic air 2 and man this thing is really fun. Of course I took a ton of lawn pictures so I figured I would share some of them with you all. https://i.postimg.cc/ph4qrXMz/Photo-6553712-DJI-112-jpg-6811212-0-2021618121916-photo-original.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/WD4S3dzY/Photo-6553661-D...

Re: Seeking advice for a fescue lawn
I'm in NC as well. I applied prodiamine with 13-0-0 Feb 20th. My lawn has just really started greening up this week so its taking a while to wake up as well. Usually it's fully awake by now. Its just because we had such a cold wet winter this year. Don't worry In a couple weeks it will be nice and g...

Re: Thoughts on 2020 Summer Sesaon Results
Other than the bermuda in my lawn this is the best my lawn has made it through the summer yet. We had a crazy hot/dry July here in northeast NC. I didn't even try to water. I wanted to see what would happen. I did however treat the lawn twice with bifen and propiconazale, once in July once just a we...

Re: Is this disease or something else
I have fescue so I seed in the fall and it comes back great from seed every fall and looks amazing up until late August every year. I have about 35k sq ft of yard and I'd say less than 5k sq ft of it gets bad every late summer but most of thats in the front so its noticeable from the street and just...

Re: Is this disease or something else
The first three pictures are from today. There isn't any die off just a lot of mixed colored blades. The last picture is from late summer/early fall and those spots are fully dead.

Re: POA triv, bermuda all in the yard
Well I never got around to digging out the triv. We have a four month old so the schedule is a little tight. Most likely going to wait until late winter next year to tackle that. I did however sell the mower I've had for the past four years a 2014 husqvarna z 46" residential. And I picked up a 2020 ...

Re: POA triv, bermuda all in the yard
I'm going to dig out all the triv spots fill in with topsoil and patch with some sod. We will see how that goes I'll post here once I do it. As far as the bermuda I'm just going to focus on those spots heavier during aeration seed time in the fall. I plan to continue to do this until one day I can a...

POA triv, bermuda all in the yard
So my yard has a bunch of bermuda mixed in now. Also every winter I get the same poa triv spots. Last year i RUd the triv and sodded those spots and they are all back again this year. I also get a bunch of poa annua every winter but it doesn't bother me because I know it goes away naturally. I've he...

Re: Friends 1.5 acres of k31 reno
No just mother nature. We got some decent rain after seed down. The backyard is a little shaded so it holds more moisture and came in better but I think the front will fill out nicely by springtime.
