Re: Fall Nitrogen Regimens
Going to read through the thread again but for purchasing purposes I'm looking at 1lb/K of urea for 8 weeks then 2lb/K for 3 weeks for a total of 14lb/K of Urea for the full FNR. Is that about right? I'm going to grab the bags today and just needed to make sure I have enough on hand.

Re: Walmart Milorganite Sale
I was at a local Walmart last night, they had about 15 unopened bags. They also had a handful of ~85% full bags that were spilling all over. Someone brought over a manager and I asked if I could get a discount on the damaged bags. He said "Wow this shit stinks, I should pay you a dollar per bag to g...

http://[COMPLETELY MADE UP DOMAIN] image.com/hGyzIyU.jpg is also weed #1. I'll try to get a better picture tonight but basically everything in that picture besides the dark green patch on the bottom center is the same easy to pull out weed.

Lawn Weed ID
Can someone help me identify the two weeds attached? The first one is fast growing stuff that is very shallow rooted. I was ripping clumps out with a leaf rake. Based on that and the way an individual strand looks it appears to be poa triv but that is a shot in the dark at best based on browsing the...

Re: Seiyafan's 2016 Fall Reno (Seed Down)
I've been watching your thread, looking forward to the results. Doing my first small reno now in a small area (600sq ft) while I learn a bit more. Thinking about doing the entire 10k front yard next fall. Anyway, what are you looking for from the 10 day forecast? Low temps? No huge amounts of rainfa...

They weren't sure. I only stopped at the second home depot out of curiosity. Was surprised to see it on sale at both.

Toro Timemaster on Sale
Two home depots in my area had new unopened Toro Timemasters on sale for $899 today. Clerk told me they were not carrying them anymore, so they're clearance. Their website shows the regular $999.

Wow, your renovation looks great. I'm new to proper lawn care and your thread was a fantastic resource for a beginner to read. It felt like I was reading a novel and technical manual at the same time.

Re: Renovation Questions
Thanks that template of things to look for is perfect. I dont have much to do in terms of chemicals if you are referring to the weeds in my small reno. I could probably hand pick the few weeds out of this area I'm working on this fall. I'll be sure to educate myself before spring though [ Post made ...

Renovation Questions
I'm new to the site but I have read through nearly all of the renovation threads on the first 5 pages and there are some amazing renovations, everyone on this site has a ton of knowledge. This was my first summer as a home owner and to my own surprise I became obsessed with the lawn. I took a lawn t...
