I've Eagle 20 EW and Headway G. When do y'all suggest I use them? Since I've these two, I don't want to spend $$ on Serenade if possible.

[HELP] - Post New Lawn Starter Guide (7A)
Hi y'all! This past fall (1st wk of Oct '17), I completely removed existing "grass" (weed), added topsoil/compost, threw down some KGB mix w/ starter fert/Milo, tenacity, and watered. The seed had about 5-6 wks of "warm" weather to sprout. Good news: The seeds sprouted and I see grass. Bad news: The...

Re: Planted new seeds. What's next?
Thanks guys for your reply. Yes, I've been reading the internet quite a bit and it makes me happy and scared at the same time - more on this later. 1) I'll try to take a picture and post it here soon. 2) I don't see any grub problem or fungus yet, I was thinking about throwing it down more as a prev...

Fungicide on newly reno/seeded lawn?
Hi,
Just finished putting down new soil/seeds/fert.
How soon can I put down a granular fungicide (headway g, as a preventative measure) or is it even worth applying fungicide right now?
Thanks

Good Blend of Cool Season Grass Seeds
Hi, I'm in process of completely renovating my lawn (kill/remove old and seed new). I was thinking about going with 100% bewitched, but now I'm having a second thought. I think I should go with a mixture to get a good balance of shade, disease, heat, & drought w/ good color. My front yard is shady a...

Re: New lawn queries
@Timmy, lol... @bpgreen: I believe MOSS is due to the lack of enough sun light. Based on how the houses/trees are arranged, I can't really do much about it at this point. :( Yea, I'll add some soil to level and then compost/peat moss to cover the seed. Now just need to find a good place that sells g...

Re: New lawn queries
Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I've already applied roundup (twice in some places). The grass is all yellow now (w/ a few spots where the weeds are flourishing, which I'll manually pull out this wknd). I want to remove the current (dead) grass and for that, I was going to dethatch it (pull/rake ...

Re: Where to buy (Cert Bewitched KBG) seeds that ships to NJ?
Thanks for your input guys. Yea, preffered seed is cheaper, but with shipping cost, SSS and PS comes out to be around the same. As per WLS, I called them and said they are "expecting" more in Aug, but it wasn't guaranteed - turns out, they didn't get it. Did you hear a definitive answer about Sept? ...
