Hey I did the same a little while back. I did add some milo! Not all milo pellets are going to fall into the holes but the ones that does will help out the roots that make it that deep! Keep me posted as how this is going. We have been so dry here and I have been watering a ton.

So in the month of August we have had .83 inches of rain. July was dry too... I have a full app of Milorganite I wanna put down as well as overseed and aerate. I have my own plug aerator and am wondering if I should start watering my lawn today and do my aerate, milo, and then overseed this weekend....
