Re: Fall Weed Control Application - Detroit, Michigan
OK. Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like fall would be the right time for an herbicide application...but it should've been early fall to make the most of it....and I'm late. We had a warm October, but just in the last few days the temps have dropped. I assume the grass is essentially done growing...

Fall Weed Control Application - Detroit, Michigan
Hello, I am posing a question regarding Fall application of weed control, or more specifically a selective triple herbicide to address primarily broadleaf weeds. I have read the "Triangle Approach" and some additional posts on the topic, and it seems to me that a Fall application makes sense. That s...

Re: DZRYZH Soil Test Fall 2017

I will apply 2 lbs/K Urea (46-0-0) when the grass stops growing completely 2.) Should I apply a selective triple Herbicide (Gordon's Trimec - Lawn Weed Killer) s...

DZRYZH Soil Test Fall 2017
Hello, Been reading a great deal here and made up my first batches of BLSC and Kelp Help, and thought I would sneak in a soil test before the end of the season. I moved into a new construction home in July, and was essentially forced to seed (hydro) out of the gate to get occupancy. According to the...

Re: BLSC and KH Questions
Hello to all. I have found the website about a month ago...and have already spent a significant amount of time reading (and re-reading) the posts on the BLSC and KH. I know this thread has been quiet for a month or so..but needed clarification on one item. I already purchased all of the required ing...
