We purchased this home with an already established lawn. We tore out some brick pavers that were here. Planted a sun/shade mix with Kentucky blue grass, perennial rye, and creeping red fescue. It looks like my original post listed the photos opposite of what I uploaded. The top photo is new grass going into existing. The bottom photo is existing.
