Re: Bermuda Grass/Zoysia in the upper Transition Zone
We live in Hagerstown, MD. on PA & WV line. New construction in '06 with MD cert Sod. In summer of '07 plugged in Meyer Zoysia into the sod. I don't recall how long it took but it has spread and covered ours and our neighbors yards on both sides (with their blessings) We have postage stamp sized yar...

Re: What is this growing in my Bermuda Grass
Thank you all! Another question because where this is growing the ground is always moist and has some moss in this area. I believe because against this part of the house it doesn't get much sunlight and holds water in this area. I have done some research and found to add some sand/compost to this a...

Re: Zoysia dry areas help
your picture linky no worky.
How large of an area are you talking about? If it's small, can you dig up the area to see what's underneath the grass there? Maybe a large rock or some type of debris?

Re: re: Fiskars mower
What is that loud bell/ding, during the video? Nice job on the roller. It looks like it would have been almost exactly the same size as the front tires, if you had used those couplings. You're right about same size but those couplings were not available at either HD or Lowes. I went back and checke...

Re: Fall time pre-m?
I just put down Halts for crabgrass and grassy weeds. Label shows fall application prevents winter weeds like poa, annua and chickweed. Now praying for rain.
