Very nice! I was surprised how well grass grows down here. I'm outside of Charlotte as well. I'm waiting to see how my new grass withstands the winter. If it doesn't do well, I may go the full "kill it all" route and go w/ KGB. Very nice though!

Crane flies?

4" normally, but I did cut it down to 3" for overseeding a week and a half ago.

About a week ago, I started my overseeding with KY31, Lesco Starter Fert, Milo and peat moss. But for today, the theme is: Water.

My yard is on the left. Yes, there are some weeds, but overall I'd say it's coming along nicely.
