Re: Core Aeration - Overseed and Fill
The area is question is not a site I maintain .....the soil is tan (not a lot of OM), and its fairly compacted. Whatever irrigation it gets, some of it does absorb but some just rolls off

Core Aeration - Overseed and Fill
Just planning for the fall aeration.
After core aerating, should I leave the cores empty for a week or 2.
I plan to backfill the holes back with compost and then overseed around the same time frame

Re: Tenacity - Spring Bulbs
Not in flower beds. In one area , I have crocus and daffodils ~naturalized~ in the lawn beds. I know we put in like 400 daffidols when we started...I'm sure there's at least 500+ with the bulblets etc. Does Tenacity affect bulbs is what the OP is asking

Re: Tenacity - Spring Bulbs
The opposite. Will tenacity kill off the bulbs ? Crocus blooms are gone....daffidols blossoms are starting to fade...but like bulbs, leaves must remain uncut till at least 6-7 weeks.

Tenacity - Spring Bulbs
What has been your experience with Tenacity and it's effects on spring bulbs ?
I've got one area heavily planted with Crocus and Daffodils that ~naturalized~ in the beds per se

RENOV SOD in a wasteland of weeds ?
Flying back home for Easter and I'm thinking about re-sodding the family burial plot.....remove, scrape, add compost/starter ferts/new sod. I have those Hydro Gel one uses and plan to incorporate it into the compost just to help with water retention. I'm hoping the spring rains will do the rest in g...
