I've gotten lucky so far and have had rain the last three weekends right after I put down the urea. I'm mowing like crazy!

I'm a member of Bogleheads, a free, investing forum. You'll get good, unbiased advice there. HLG's advice of index funds and avoiding financial advisors is a good start.

Three weeks now with consistent watering. It filled in nicely. I'm waiting for the KBG.

Broke down and bought prodiamine to spray. I've been putting it off for too long. I've been spreading granular products but the cost savings was just too great to continue doing that.

This was the link provided to me for over seeding. I have followed it closely. So far, lots of new sprouts coming in. Watering has been key.

You are saying that Prodiamine now would have minimal affect on poa and other weed grasses?. I was going to apply this weekend if I could find it.

What is a brand name for isoxaben?

I use the pre emergent for broad leaf control more than Poa. I still have some thin spots in the lawn that get weeds if I don't use it. Although I could control those with WBG as well. I hate spot spraying weeds. That backpack sprayer kills me even when not fully loaded.
