Award would be a good choice and the IPM for Mass recommends it. It also got a plus for Dollar spot and Red Thread. I have it in my 2 year old Reno with no issues at all.

I have Amazing GS which makes up 20 percent of my lawn and it stayed green all summer long, you just need to keep it irrigated.
