Re: Napper Soil Test 2018
Iron - Ferrous Iron Sulfate? I have zinc and boron on hand. I guess we like to see different numbers for the Iron. I'd like to see it 25% higher than it is... In the micro's, Boron and Zinc could use a boost. Boron is from grocery-store Twenty Mule Team Laundry Soap and Zinc is from (EBAY/Amazon sou...

Re: Anyone reseeding this year already?
I ended up with 7.4" total Saturday though yesterday. I'm going to wait a little longer and see if anything comes up but I did order more seed just in case.

Anyone reseeding this year already?
I put seed down on 8/10/17 and we have have 4.35 inches since then and it is still raining. I'm guessing I won't have any germination so I'm ordering more seed today.

Re: Need help weed ID
Yes, the poa annua should die off warm/dry weather. Do a search on poa annua to learn more. You might have some kbg seedheads mixed in but most of it looks like poa annua to me.

I have the white moth problem going on myself. I'm going to put down some Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer to take care of the sod webworms.

Re: 2nd round of prodiamine for 2016?
That is what I have left. Will switch to Prodiamine when the Dimension is gone. Here's my schedule: 03/01/16 - Prodiamine 06/01/16 - Dimension 09/01/16 - Prodiamine 12/01/16 - Dimension I apply each at the 4 month rate, which gives me a 1 month "buffer." This provides year round pre-m protection whi...

Re: 2nd round of prodiamine for 2016?
I'm using dimension. Will probably do my 2nd application around the beginning of August. I'll also be doing a 3rd application this year to help prevent poa annua next year. Won't you bust the annual limit? Prodiamine only offers 8 months of coverage, unless you started late this year? [ Post made vi...
