Dropped Urea 1lbs/K yesterday before the rain.

I'm also in central NJ and put mine down two weeks ago as I saw the extended forecast called for temperatures to start dropping. My plan is to do another application in October. Put your first app down ASAP, soil temperatures are already sub-70 degrees.

Yesterday afternoon put .5" down on the back yard. Early this morning the same for the front. Temps are starting to really cool here, I may be putting my HOC from 4" to 3.5" starting tomorrow. Urea next weekend!

May be a drainage issue? Hydrangeas like moist but not wet.

So, I have not been watering this plant but it remains the same. Can anyone tell me if this is possibly a disease and next steps to try and save it?

Watered the backyard to 1" last night and the front the same this morning in anticipation for 95 degrees today.

My oakleaf Hydrangea I planted a few months ago is starting to brown on the flowers and leaves. It gets a few hours of morning sun and the rest of the day shade. 1.75" of rain this morning and the weather was so nice the ground dried out by lunch for the dogs to play in the 4"+ TTTF.

Hand watered the hell strips and areas of the lawn by the sidewalk and driveway. It was 96 degrees today. Also gave the shrubs and flowers a good drink.

Raised HOC to 4". Temperatures will be in the high 90s this week in NJ. Also threw some milo on my shrubs and flowers.

High 90s this week in NJ. I think I'm raising HOC to 4" tomorrow.

I set up my backyard makeshift sprinkler system this morning. Currently getting a good .5" down. Ready for the heat!

Mowed lawn. Applied OceanGro at bag rate! Cleaned OceanGro out of my lawn shoes, Converse All Stars.

Put .5" water on the front yard after two 90+ degree days in a row. I felt like it was needed to ease into the hot weather.
