Boron Results
This is especially for Andy and HLG, who have so kindly provided me with recommendations for improving my soil, but I should share it with everyone.
I was wondering why my boron levels didn't move at all from last year to this, even after adding Borax at the recommended rate last year. Well, the recommended rate was 2T/1000 square feet, 4 times a year, for a total of 8T/k/year. As I was mixing the 20 mules with Milo for my 2nd application of this year, something occurred to me. My measuring spoon is a TEAspoon. Ahem. So I actually only applied 2 2/3 TABLEspoons of Borax/k last year.
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa
Ahh, confession, so good for the soul.

Oops! A good case for our country to have swapped over to the metric system. A little harder to confuse grams with kilograms...

Yeah, it could have been worse, I guess. But wow, talk about senior moment(s).
