This is smack down the middle of a Loam soil, and with a great OM number too.
The cations are dominated by Calcium. While a soil dominated by one item is never optimal, if it's going to happen the best case is a Calcium-dominated soil. The end-result is a high pH -- 7.9 in your case. It isn't going to come down.
The Phosphorus and Potassium are definitely deficient. We'll use a balanced fertilizer like 10-10-10 or 19-19-19 to do the heavy lifting and providing Nitrogen too. Find one and post the NPK for app rates and frequency info. I'll get back to you quickly.
The Iron numbers are poor, and wouldn't be available anyway at you pH. You'll need to consider foliar FAS applications to get the best color.
In the micro’s, it’s Boron and Copper. Get Twenty Mule Team Laundry Soap (grocery) and Copper Sulfate (Amazon/EBay), and apply each at three tablespoons/K every 60 days. Read the Micronutrient Application Guide for application specifics.

Re: SNOWBOB11 soil test 2017
Andy I just wanted to say that I really appreciate you taking the time to interpret my soil and give a plan. I'm sure it takes a while to go through all the soil tests posted so it's much appreciated.
I can get a balanced 16-16-16 fertilizer from TSC farm equipment store.
One question, I have already read the Micronutrient Application Guide and it says to mix the mule soap and Copper Sulfate with milorganite. I'm not able to get milorgonite where I live. Would I be able to mix them with the balanced fertilizer? Or would it not work the same.
Thanks

Re: SNOWBOB11 soil test 2017
The 16-16-16 goes down around 6 lbs/K, and should go down monthly except July. It's up to you as to whether to switch to the Fall Nitrogen Regimens in September.
About the Micronutrient Application Guide: the idea is to get the powdery substances to stick to the fertilizer. I tested what is documented, but try to achieve the goal with another fertilizer. I would NOT apply them with a hose-end sprayer - that amounts to foliar application.

Re: SNOWBOB11 soil test 2017
Last question and then i'll leave you alone. I'm planing on doing a full reno on the lawn with a seed down date of around aug 10th-15th. I do plan on doing a aggressive urea nitrogen regimen in the fall for the reno area. So I know it's a little late now but if I got the balanced fertilizer and applied next week and then again at the end of june i'd then miss july. My question is would I apply the balanced fertilizer again on the reno area in late aug? Would it be ok to apply the fertilizer on seeds that will probably be sprouted for a week? Or should I hold off on what would be the 3rd app of the balanced fertilizer until I start the fall nitrogen regime. Also just to confirm this is the only fertilizer I should be applying for may, june and july right?
Again thanks
Again thanks

Re: SNOWBOB11 soil test 2017
Too many Unknowns for a straight answer. There are many factors that go into what fertilizers go down and when during a Reno. Just proceed with the plan until you are 30 days from seed-down. And you won't be left to fend for yourself - next week we graduate the Class of 2016, take one whole week off, and then start roll call for the Class of 2017.
