Around Labor Day, you'll have to make the decision about switching to the Fall Nitrogen Regimens. Or not.

Alright, bought all the supplies yesterday. As you recommended not to apply both lime and fert at once, any preference as to which should go down first? Thanks

So I will be due for a drop of 10-10-10 around mid July.... should that be skipped for the warm weather rolling in? Should I substitute it with milorganite? Or should I just comtinue as recommended earlier? Thanks

You need substantial P and K. If you have irrigation, I'd put down the 10-10-10. No irrigation, no application.
