Andy follow up question
I couldn't use nitrogen in sept because I over seeded and didn't want top growth. My question is I have to put my lime down and last fall fert app. Is it too late for the Nitrogen since frost has hit already?
Also should I up the does of N from the 1#/1k for my last app or keep as it? I will wait the two weeks in between the applications.
Would you recommend Lime first or Urea?
Thanks!

Re: Rich G Soil Test
Frost means nothing - it is merely a sign-post for the slowing down to growth.
In NH, I'd do my Lime ASAP and then (hopefully 2 weeks later) the Winterizing app.
Then enjoy an adult-beverage and call it a season. Maybe have two.

Thanks Andy!
On the winterizing app what rate of Urea do you recommend

Read the "Mid-Fall/The Pause" and "Late Fall/Winterizing" sections on the first page (no need to read all 57 pages!!) of the Fall Nitrogen Regimens thread for background and details.
