Aug 11th—Smacked the Bermuda with Acclaim+Triclopyr+Tenacity cocktail. (Worked *really* well!)

Aug 25th—Milo Bag Rate, Calcitic Lime 9lbs/k

Sept 15th—TTTF overseed @5lbs/k. Vigoro 23-23-3 4lbs/k.

Thank you for all the help!

3) Is Moss Killer (10% Ferrous sulfate) a suitable iron supplement option?
Next time your at Walmart, stroll through the clearance section, moss killer is usually on sale this time of year.

Trying to fit in one more app of Milo and want to get the timing right:

-3 weeks ago overseeded TTTF and applied 23-23-3 at 4lbs/k

-3 weeks from now is avg first frost in my area, and per the fall nitrogen regimen I don’t want to apply N after first frost.

I’m thinking wait til next weekend. Any chance it’s going to carry over (assuming the frost even comes at avg time) and mess with “the pause”?

Thanks for helping a newbie,

—JC

Stick with the published programs and dates until you have the experience to tune them to your own microclimate. Keep records of the dates, actual growth stoppage dates, etc for 3-4 years, so you see the local pattern.
