Mitten's 2019 Soil Test
Here are my 2019 soil test results. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on a plan. I'm interested in the best approach to keep my 2016 Fall Reno in great shape.
Here are my 2017 spoil test results for reference and the plan I have been following for 2 years (Thanks HoosierLawnGnome and Andy). I had a baby in 2018 so missed a soil test last year...

Re: Mitten's 2019 Soil Test
Another heavy soil from Western Michigan...
The OM is so-so (not terrible) and not as critical as it would be with a sandy soil. Still, it's a good idea to pay attention to and supplement.
Both Potassium and Phosphorus are low. A balanced fertilizer like 10-10-10 or 19-19-19 is the way to go. Pick one and post the NPK. It will cover the Nitrogen needs too.
Iron is somewhat low and not available at your pH. Consider FAS treatments for good color.
In the micro's, it's only Boron. Are micro's in the plan for 2019?

Thanks Andy!
Just curious, any thoughts on how it changed since the 2017 report? If I'm reading it right I didn't really see much improvement.

I have sourced 12-12-12 locally. Should I apply it like the 2017 plan (every month except August) starting in May? With Milorganite every month 2 weeks apart from the 12-12-12.
Boron is in the plan with the Milo.
I will have to search threads to learn about FAS treatments since I have never done them before.
Thanks again.

Re: Mitten's 2019 Soil Test
12-12-12 goes down at 8 lbs/K, monthly. If you do any Milo in-between, keep an eye for any signs of overdoing it.
FAS is documented in the Articles area.
For Boron, get Twenty Mule Team laundry soap and apply at 3 tablespoons/K every 60 days, as defined in the Micronutrient Application Guide.

Still have a box of Twenty Mule from 2017 so we are ready! Best value in lawn care!
What rate does 13-13-13 go down at per K?

Re: Mitten's 2019 Soil Test
7.5 lbs/K is about right.

If I do 12-12-12 monthly starting sometime in May, what would you recommend for Milo frequency? I plan to do Urea in the fall.
