KBGKA soil and particle test results
My lawn is basically a year old of 100% KBG blend.
Logan soil test and Logan particle test are attached below.
Soil is what I inherited from new construction. Last year I got a local university coop soil test and as below, I’m stil Low on nutrients and I’ve been throwing it down hard.
Particle test is as expected given how quickly my lawn dries out even with irrigation. But I wanted to get official lab test on it.
Now I need to figure out a game plan. Calcitic lime is in my future it appears..

Re: KBGKA soil and particle test results
Last year I did two Calcitic lime applications at more 150% of bag rate.
I’m already at 5 lbs N for the season thus far. Mowing every 4 days and lawn has decent color but not as dark as I’d like.
Even with those apps I’m still way short on Ca and Mg.

Oooof on the TEC -- that's tough to deal with, as nutrients leach away quickly.
The OM at 4.35 is OK, but that's the only thing holding nutrients - more is better in your case. Not a single leaf should leave your lawn in the Fall, and Peat Moss and/or compost would certainly help.
The Calcium and the Magnesium are low -- and that's against a very low TEC, meaning the situation is tougher than the "minus numbers" indicate. The Potassium is also lower than I like, even though the low-bar of the soil test says its OK. The end-result of the cations is a pH of 5.2, which is far too low.
The Phosphorus isn't hanging out for the party either, although it's not desperate.
You'd be best served by applying 9 lbs/K of good calcitic lime, mixed with 2 lbs/K of Epsom Salts. Apply every 90 days.
Apply a balanced fertilizer like 10-10-10 or 19-19-19. They're often sold as "garden fertilizer" at the big box stores. Choose one and post the NPK for application rates and frequency.
The Iron is good.
Let's leave the micro's for next year - I think you have enough to do for 2019.
PS: not part of the soil test, but the blue/green "slime" on bare spots is almost certainly Cyanobacteria. Misnamed "blue-green algae" (it's not an algae, it is a bottom-dweller when there is no competition for the nutrients.

Re: KBGKA soil and particle test results
Thank Andy.
What’s the closest I can space 19-19–19 apps? I’d like to hit the lawn now since we have rain coming and before the peak heat of summer comes.
I realised last year while watering with my irrigation system to get the lawn it that it drained like crazy that’s why I had the particle test done.
Long way to go for sure.

Re: KBGKA soil and particle test results
Unless you're seriously experienced, I make the typical limit for 19-19-19 at 5 lbs/K per month.

Re: KBGKA soil and particle test results
I'd personally put the Lime against the soil, with the compost on top of it. Does it matter? I dunno...

Amp branded Calcitic lime when down at little more than bag rate.
Around 10 lbs/k.
8 yards of compost coming Friday or Saturday whenever they can get it delivered. Sore back will be next.

It's almost July 1st and the hard-work part of Renovation Season, and the competition for stocking-up for adult-beverage pain treatments will rise quickly soon. Stock up now!!

Some Jack and Coke can make up for the pain of labor.
No easy way around it. Little piles from the wheelbarrow and then taking it out.
My wife sometimes helps me out with filling the wheelbarrow and shoveling which really helps too.
