I could use more explanation of what "pretty concerned with this for more Reno..." means.

Hi Andy,
Just worried to hear your thoughts and if it will effect the probability of success for my Reno.

Re: Tke357 front 2019
That's an unusual situation that is painted by your test results...
You have a "heavy" high-TEC soil with a TEC of almost 16, and it has a OM% of almost 5%. There's nothing wrong with that type of soil, as long as it drains OK. But what is unusual is that while it has a good nutrient-holding capacity, many of the nutrient-holding exchange sites are empty of cations. When that happens, Exchangeable Hydrogen fills the gap, and the resulting pH is low, by definition. Your's is 1/3 empty.
So, lets' look at the cations. You're low across the board. You are getting away with it to some degree because the raw numbers are held up by the high TEC and good OM% numbers.
Phosphorus is low, but not terrible.
Iron is low, and that is probably affecting the color.
In the micro's, Boron is low and the others are OK. Let's hold off for 2019 on the Boron.
You need to locate and post the NPK of a "balanced fertilizer" like 10-10-10, 19-19-19 or similar, and apply it monthly. The posted NPK will allow me to calculate an application rate for you.
You also need to get a good calcitic lime like Encap/SoluCal/Mag-I-Cal at 9 lbs/K, mixed with 2 lbs/K of Epsom Salts - and apply the mix at 11 lbs/K every 60 days, but not within a couple of weeks of the fertilizer application if possible.
This is going to take time, but you should start seeing improvement this year.

Re: Tke357 front 2019
Thanks Andy, that’s a similar plan that you advised based on my backyard sample last May except the epson salt. Front drains better then back and I’ve seen some improvement over the year. I’ve got 10-10-10. I’ve applied this 3 times so far on the front since last May also have done encap lime 3 times as well ( last apps were end of May and early June). Would you suggest I do anything prior to me seeding this week

I would apply a Starter Fertilizer - you could use the Phosphorus at seed-down, or at the end of Sprout-and-Pout. Bag Rate.Would you suggest I do anything prior to me seeding this week
