Soil Test Interpretations Begin February 1st
It's that time - we're just a couple of weeks from when we'll begin accepting soil test results for interpretation and the creation of (FREE!!) remediation plans!!
There are no changes in the practices expected to get a soil test interpreted in 2021, although the use of Humates will be a standard item in plans created this year. Of course, whether or not you choose to apply any/all recommendations is a personal choice.
If you are new to getting a soil test, or haven't done one in a while, we encourage you to read/refresh the Posting A Soil Test for Interpretation article before submitting results.

Re: Soil Test Interpretations Begin February 1st
Just an FYI, I have ceased reading them over at The Other Place. I'm the only one who does, so expect an influx of requests from there as well.
While I need a...break...from there, I'll be adding my efforts from there over here instead, so the effort will simply conduct its way in this direction. Net work shouldn't change.

...and I have increased my output by 50%, as I spent time creating blocks of pre-written text to avoid repetitive effort -- carefully written stuff that make sure that everyone gets a better, complete report and we're not subject to accidental omissions. These will be available (but still in final testing) in February, and Production-ready by the start of the Busy Season on March 1st. If I must say so myself, I'm encouraged that this will be better, faster, and have more detail.

Yeah, I have a block text set myself that I puzzle-piece together too. I just put the math pieces in as I need and it makes life so much easier.
So we're good to go. I don't precisely think the folks on the other side are happy but...well, you know what this year is called? Twenty twenty won.

Re: Soil Test Interpretations Begin February 1st
Is there a thread for posting soil test results or will that be posted on Feb 1st?
