First ever soil test questions

Good Morning,

I’m going to collect a soil sample for my lawn and plan on using Logan Labs, which sounds like the lab recommended by others here. I won’t even get into my situation too much yet, because I know everything will depend on the test results. But a little background, I had new Sod put in my front in spring of 2021, installed by landscaper and lawn maintained by same person. It has being thinning out more and more and getting more weeds with the passing of each season. I was afraid of this happening so now it’s time for me to take over.

Anyway, the only question I think I have about the sample is whether the Standard Soil test would be appropriate, or would do I need one of their more comprehensive tests, like the Complete Soil Package? Thanks in advance!
