I’ve got 5k of lawn and I’m looking to dominate the neighborhood. I bought 25lbs of SS5000 Sunny Mixture. No in ground irrigation but I am willing to water through the first summer or two to get things established. This is a new house, to me, so unsure of the history as far as fungus and what not. Previous experience is a mono stand bewitched at a previous house. It went well but the fungus pressure in a mono stand is too much effort, so going for a mix this time.
I am planning a full nuke restoration. If you look through my post history I was planning for an overseed, but I was able to talk the wife into a nuking it.
