Why does your neighbors look so bad? Looks like it's in almost full sun. He might want to consider bermuda, it's only May...

We haven't had any measurable rain in over 30 days, watering habits are bad, shallow watering and no rain are a bad combo. Soon as we get a good rain theirs will bounce back.

Noticed some dollar spot today, 4 or 5 spots, only effecting the bewitched, NuGlade not effected. Will spot spray Cleary's or Eagle tonight.

Have you had a chance to measure actual peak temps in that shade canopy?

I will check today when I get home. Usually I check the full sun areas.

Where did you get the dog sign? I love that! I was thinking of making a handwritten poster to ask people not to let their dogs pee on my hell strip but that may be better as it probably won't sound so snooty..
Sorry, I missed this question you posted last week. I got the sign online at http://www.dogpoopsigns.com
Thanks!

Yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my seed down. Very impressed with how my kbg made it through it's first summer. Record high heat and drought conditions most of June and July. Hopefully the new owners will take care of her.
These were some pics I took a few days ago, also posted on the cool season forum on the 22nd.

My house officially closed today, so I'm on to new challenges. I just looked back through this thread yesterday, glad I did it and stayed on top of updating it throughout my renovation and after. Going to miss that lawn.
