nclawnguy,
That really looks great! What exactly has been your Maintenance Schedule that you're referring too? You say you have been feeding monthly since September... with what Fertilizer? And do you Fertilize every single month? At Half Strength or at Full Strength bag rate? Did you keep watering each week since last September?
Thanks!
I wrote that on Jan 4th. I fertilized 6 weeks apart in sept, Nov and Dec. Used a high N fert at full rate. I have not fertilized since. We had record rain in the fall, did not have to water.

nclawnguy, the triple ground hardwood mulch looks great. I use it too, it never seems to fade and breaks down nicely, so I just have to add very little each season. Are you planning on using any edging on the lawn side?

Hoosier, this
Is nclawnguys work. I doubt he would use plastic, that stuff doesn't look good after it fades, even to a jahmope like me. LOL

No edging. I cut out my edging lines, it will hold the mulch. Triple ground mulch will nit together tightly, won't wash away.

Front lawn looking decent after my fall overseed, still a lot of bare spots and lots of weeds. Looks better in the picture than it is up close.

Very nice! I followed your approach on the beds I'm installing around some trees and the end of my driveway and it's working well.
You have a lot of beds there!
I feel you on the weeds! Same boat here!

What do you use for the white lines? Straight spray paint? Sport field powder?

Back yard getting tore up by inground fiberglass pool installation. Look at that red dirt!
Also, getting some quotes on irrigation. Plan to have the backyard regraded to smoothit out. Going to decide on grass choice.
