Here's an updated pic of the front, recouperating nicely. I threw down an app of Milo 3 weeks ago, and an app of alfalfa a couple days ago to get a bit deeper green.

Thanks all, much thanks to all who have offered advice. Next up is the hell strip...for some reason I have a lot of deep low spots (even though I leveled everything prior to laying sod)and bare areas. I plan on making a mix of sand, compost and topsoil (50,20,30) to level the low areas and transplant plugs from areas in the back. I'll add some pics of this endeavor once I get some time...

I've read through your entire thread. I'm north of you in Fredericksburg, thinking about going with Zeon as well. How does it look these days? Still good with your zoysia decision?
