Cheating or not, that is looking very nice. It looks much more full than the last picture update. I can also fully understand the frustration with having to overseed each year. That’s one of the main reasons I chose to also go 100% KGB.
Question for you. How much urea are you putting down for you winterizer app? I’m going with a bit over 2lb urea per k (1lb N per k) but have seen others go a bit less or a bit more. Curious how much you were thinking about going with.

Looking real nice. I don't think its a cheat taking a morning photo!
Did you do the brick edge around garden? I'm debating between that or a raised bed with a few retaining wall bricks. Raised only because there are utilities in that area.

My dad did that, its just a small patio made of inexpensive concrete brick pavers on a bed of masonry sand. It looks like an easy project, but the wider it gets, the harder it is to get it level and the pitch correct. There is defiantly a knack to doing it, but the good things is if you mess up, you can just take the bricks out and start again.
We tried using the special polymer sand for in between the bricks, but its wasn't worth the money. The ants and weeds still get in-between the bricks. Just sand would have been fine.
