I just put down my last fert for the year for my front lawn. Still have to get some areas to fill in and clean up some sporadic weeds but it’s got nice color.

Tough year as we had very hot year for NH then a Long dry spell.

Here’s the before from late March of this year and today.

Lawn is filling in finally. Still some spots to completely close up but major progress.

Following the Philies program which I suspect is helping.

Looks nice! My renovation from the fall (Bewitched & Prosperity KBG) hasn't grown enough to be mowed yet!

Thanks, this is my third mowing. Have you put down any fert yet? With the warm weather this weekend and coming up you should start seeing it take off. You also have more trees on your property. My front yard is full sun.

My soil was Low on everything so it’s been full throttle plan. I just put down app of starter.

Lol I have the opposite problem in the rear yard as the spring reno I’ve gotten very little germination and I’m at 14 days. I’m being patient but losing hope and if I don’t see progress I’ll put down more seed. One area I’m literally getting nothing to grow. This is the same issue I had in the front. My soil is silty, doesn’t hold water, and has been a real pain to establish grass.
