Thanks, this is my third mowing. Have you put down any fert yet? With the warm weather this weekend and coming up you should start seeing it take off. You also have more trees on your property. My front yard is full sun.
My soil was Low on everything so it’s been full throttle plan. I just put down app of starter.
Lol I have the opposite problem in the rear yard as the spring reno I’ve gotten very little germination and I’m at 14 days. I’m being patient but losing hope and if I don’t see progress I’ll put down more seed. One area I’m literally getting nothing to grow. This is the same issue I had in the front. My soil is silty, doesn’t hold water, and has been a real pain to establish grass.
