I need to thank you.

Your post last year is why I’ve invested in preventative measures so all my work doesn’t go down in brown flames.

Definitely learned a lot researching fungal issues as a result of the issues you faced.

Thanks man. That one fungus that wiped out 80% of my yard is why, as much as I want to, I just won’t risk doing a mono stand. You know as well as anyone, it’s a shit ton of work. Nature gonna do what nature gonna do.

But in the end, I had to tell myself ‘don’t stress about it, you’ve given that grass about as optimal of a place to grow as you can. Just give it time.’

While not perfect, it’s going to be leaps and bounds above my old yard once it’s matured. I have to remind myself that only a month ago it was thin enough that i was still seeing dirt and straw!
