Renovators: Hearing Stories of Supplies Running Out

If you're hoping to do a renovation this year and don't have your seed yet (especially KBG), it may be time to stop looking for bargains or holding-out for the tough-to-find cultivar. I'm hearing stories that supplies are running out.

Please don't think that the sellers can just "order more". In many cases, the wholesalers/distributors are also close to out - the "grass seed season" ends in late August or so, and the desirable selections don't have more until the new crop comes in during late September or so.

If you really want to go this year, get the seed ASAP even if you have to pay a few extra bucks - time is now against you...
