It's time to get going now if you're doing a Renovation this year!
If you have specific cultivars in mind, you really should have them in-hand by now - supplies of seed for popular cultivars will begin to dry up soon, and every year we get a plethora of "help! help! I can't find my desired cultivars!" rants in July. You're going to be living with the lawn for years - make sure you don't wind up settling for a second or third-favored lawn and wishing you had gotten it done a little earlier. Do it now!
