tke357 front reno 2019

Hi all,
Just wanted to share my reno. I have about 4500sq ft. I killed it about 3 weeks ago. Brought in about 5 yards of topsoil to level some areas. Will be fallowing between now and my seed drop day which i hope will be around Aug 19th or so. I have my seed blend:
40% Bewitched, 30% Blue Note, and 30% Blueberry Kentucky bluegrass

Just sent a soil sample to logan. Been applying Andy's plan for about a year now but that was based a soil test from my backyard, Will see if the front is any different.

Here is a before shot after the kill.

I'm excited to see how it turns out and can't wait to seed.

Best of luck!! May Mother Nature cooperates in the coming weeks!

Did the lawn (before kill) respond to the soil plan?

Thanks Andy, yes lawn was looking pretty good before kill. One thing that has me concerned is after the kill and scalping I am seeing a lot of moss even though I get full sun. That’s one of the reasons I decided to do another soil test.

Day 8 after seed down date. Have decent germination. Couple spots where sprinklers are over watering and some where under watered.

Andy, question, your recommendation based on my soil test was balanced fert monthly (10 lbs of 10-10-10).Once I’m out of sprout n pout should apply lower amounts weekly for an aggressive plan? Or is that only for nitrogen?

That's only for Nitrogen from Urea. You can divide the 10-10-10 by half and put it down every 2 weeks if you'd like -- spoon feeding
