Midnight Kentucky Bluegrass
Hi Everyone. My home lawn is a Midnight Kentucky bluegrass monostand. I recently seeded some midnight in a pot to patch some small areas. I just wanted to post a couple of pics to show what midnight looks like about 4 weeks post germination. I didn’t fertilize it when I first seeded but fertilized it two weeks post germination so this was fertilized about two weeks ago. But for those of you looking to do a renovation this fall and/or debating whether or not to use midnight, it’s a great grass. As you can see, even at a young young age it is pretty dark.

Very, very nice! Did you keep the pot outside the entire time? I have some bewitched pots going for about 10 days. I seeded them sparingly because the last set I probably overseeded and got some fungus. I’ve brought them inside for at least part of the time due to the heat.

For a second, I thought I was looking down into a toilet bowl and I was...confused and concerned.
