Emerald green arbs
It's been one year since I planted about 15 emerald greens. I made a screen, planted them 3-4' apart.
I would like to fertilize to give them a nice kick start and since they are so close together I assume they will be fighting for nutrients.
What's the best fertilizer to use at this stage?
Thanks

I used Agriform 21g 20-10-5 tablets on mine. They're a slow release tablet that's supposed to feed for 2yrs. It's like $70 for a box of 500, but a local nursery sells them individually for $0.50/ea. Here's a chart that tells you how many you need per plant based on the plant's size and growth rate. http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/msds/ ... TSHEET.pdf
I just used my Pro Plugger and went around the drip line making 6" deep holes, drop the tablets in, then cover it back up.
