Anyone use something like this before? Looking to help protect some new evergreens through this upcoming winter.

I used it last year for the first time.

I planted a bunch of arborvitae and my winters can be pretty rough up here as I am sort of in a wind tunnel. They were pretty beat up on the side that faces the wind after their first season. So the second year I put an anti-dessicant on them and they fared much better. And I know it wasn't just because they were better established as one of my arborvitae died off and had to be replaced in year 2 and it fared very well in its first winter with an anti-dessicant.

You just have to be careful not to apply too early or it can cause issues, especially with arborvitae (and not too late either as I think temps have to be above freezing for the spray to work properly). Wait until after the foliage has hardened off to apply.

Thanks for the reply, it's what I was looking for. I plan to apply to 2nd year arbs as well as the tips of my evergreens as that where I see the damage the most
