Temperatures look to be diving well under fifty for the first time this season across eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and southern New York for the first time this season by enough to bother equatorial and tropical plants.
Bring those in this evening or shelter them in place at darkfall for the next two nights.
I've got a dozen desert roses to bring in myself, as well as two poinsettia and three baby hisbiscus. None of these can handle colder temperatures and dislike falling under fifty.
Tropical Plant Warning for East PA/NJ/NY tonight!
