What pest is this?
Found this while digging some holes in the lawn for some soil tests. Thinking this is either a grubworm or a slug. I've thrown down a light grubworm preventative a month ago. If this is a harmful pest, would you recommend additional measures? Thanks!

Looks like a slug to me. They will eat through the leaves of your plants.
