Anyone else using a Melnor Raincloud and having issues for the past week or so?

I received this email on 11/13:

Dear RainCloud User,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing service interruption.

Although it took longer than expected to pinpoint, we have identified the cause of the problem. There is an incompatibility between our software and the third-party provider that connects your RainCloud to the cloud.

Now that the cause has been identified we are exploring options to correct the issue.

Thank you for your patience. We will keep you informed and notify you as soon as the problem is resolved.
